Method of Payment
For your convenience, we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Our secure software (SSL) is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address. Every transaction is 100% safe and protected from interception and tampering.
All charges are billed in Canadian Funds. US customers will have their transaction converted to US funds by their credit card company at the current daily exchange rate.
British Columbia residents will also be charged 12% HST. Orders shipped to Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Labrador will be charged 13% HST. All other provinces are subject to 5% GST.
International orders are tax exempt however note that customers are responsible for any customs & duty charges incurred.
We welcome International orders. However note that duties, customs and/or brokerage fees may apply to international orders, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. This is an additional fee charged by the courier companies and/or government agencies NOT InspirAsian Creations. For details of these potential charges, please contact your countries government agency. We cannot be responsible for customs delays. Please note that international order may incur a longer delivery standards time.
Our on-line shopping cart does not currently accept International orders other than the USA. To place an order, kindly email email@example.com with your order and we will contact you with shipping charges.
Samples & Coupons
We understand that often you need to see the item closer to make a final decision. Samples may be purchased for you to view prior to making a large order depending on availability. Simply email us your needs and we will try to accommodate your request. Samples are limited to one piece per item where available and regular shipping charges apply.
Most orders are processed within 7 business days from when your order was placed unless otherwise specified in the product. The product description with delivery time information is an estimate only. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you from our manufacturer, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Some items may not be readily available upon placement of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock and will require additional delivery time, we will notify you immediately. Please remember to alot for delivery time which will vary depending on your selection. We cannot guarantee “date required by” dates when selecting ground service or if lead time is not sufficient for personalized or other special order items.
It is best to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package upon arrival. Please order as soon as possible to ensure your order arrives to you in adequate time.
We are not responsible for late delivery of orders due to shipping problems by our couriers, customs, “Acts of God”, war or any other situations out of our control.

PICK-UP: For those in the GVRD area, you may pick-up your order to avoid any shipping charges. Simply select pick-up upon checkout and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Kindly order well in advance of your wedding date to avoid rushed shipping costs. If you require a rush order, please call us, toll-free at 1300 800 009 to discuss special arrangements. Rush orders usually cost an additional $20.00
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
InspirAsian Creations is confident that you will be happy with your order. Customer care and satisfaction is important to us, should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call local 604-438-2466 or toll free 1-888-828-2840 within 7 days of receiving your order for an authorization on a return.
Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds must be reported within 7 days of receiving your product and must be pre-approved by InspirAsian Creations prior to returning. Orders returned that have not been pre-approved may be refused.
Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in
original, saleable conditions. Approved returns will incur a 10%
restocking fee. If merchandise is not returned with 1 month of
approval it will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Final sale for sale priced items and specially discounted prices. Refunds are only for products, no refunds will be issued for shipping charges, customs or duties incurred will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for personalized items, sample orders, sale or clearance, special orders, items that have been used or items that have been damaged during shipping. Some items are handmade and may vary slightly in color or may have slight imperfections.
Orders that have already been shipped will be treated as a return. Orders for personalized items that have already been sent to the printers cannot be cancelled
InspirAsian Creations cannot be responsible of shipping delays or lost parcels due to postal or courier services, custom hold ups or natural disasters. Please be sure to order your products well in advance to avoid delays.
We package our products with care and cannot be responsible for products damaged during transition. If your package arrives to you damaged, please inform the carrier of the damage prior to opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is important that you save all packaging in order to pursue your claim against it’s carrier.
